Withrow Park Skating Party- February 11, 2011 6:30-8:30 p.m.

Come out on Friday, February 11^th  6:30 – 8:30 p.m. for skating with Friends of Withrow Park at the Withrow ice rink! Enjoy the music, hot chocolate & cookies – bring a mug if you can! This is a free neighbourhood event for all ages. Looking forward to seeing friends & families on the ice!

Withrow Outdoor Playgroup

The Withrow outdoor playgroup, part of the Active Kids Club meets on Monday afternoons between 1:30pm and 3pm at the small unfenced playground on the West side of the park. It is for children ages 0-6 years.  Our goal is to help kids (and their parents and caregivers) be active and enjoy the many benefits of playing outside.  Things we've done this year include building a leaf maze, making a giant spider web around tree trunks, tobogganing and skating.   You can find our blog and sign up to be notified of our updates at www.activekidsclub.com by clicking on "withrow" on the left hand side.
